Suede jacket damaging marks

I ordered a suede jacket from their clearance department online. Unfortunately I did not noticed the marks on the jacket until after the return period. Their customer service would not let me return the jacket for store credit. I am a long time loyal customer. She wanted to give me a 20% discount on my next purchase. There will not be a next purchase.
