Sue the University & the Professor for negligence

Forced to use MindTap and Coursemate software by Cengage. Do I have a right to sue for getting a failing grade. I keep wasting money, get stressed and teacher's possibility don't want to get fired because of superintendents, students and parents' money profits coming in and politics.
