Suckered

We had the same issue about the eyes! Spent 3 thousands dollars to be strung along for 9 months. The vet wanted my pug calmer before getting the surgery done. Put him on trazedoneand would up the dosage each time we went and say yes he’s doing better. He’s getting calmer. They scammed us for sure. We were willing to pay and do anything to save our pug’s vision. Then we finally got the the date of the surgery. After 9 months of having cataracts they did an ultrasound right before the surgery and told us there was no reaction to light-he’s blind. I truly believe she knew this would happen. She knew time was of the essence and she made us wait. She was concerned he would scratch his stitches out, that’s why she wanted him calmer. His would of that happened if he wore a cone? She just never had any intention of doing this surgery. The vet just saw us as money. The doctor couldn’t even come out and tell us she couldn’t do the surgery that day. But hey, she got another 875. For the ultrasound. They wanted us to come back to get check ups. If we didn’t come back they refused to get them filled. We ended up getting help from out local vet. I would never recommmend Blue Pearl to anyone! They are shameful!
