I clearly had an error occur doing Open Enrollment. As soon as I discovered I was not in the Plan I thought I had enrolled in, I contacted the Marketplace. What followed was lots of incorrect information, stonewalling and no one interested in acknowledging the truth....an error had occurred. After repeated calls, long wait times and reps just reading their scripts, I have never experienced such a lack of competence as what these employees have displayed. As a result, a simple error has become a denial of all the facts presented by me to resolve this issue. I have contacted my local congressman and state Senator out of frustration. Have my doubts they will stand up for my rights.
