Submitting claims a nightmare, did not fix our problems

I have been trying to months to get our throw pillows sewn and the broken leg of our ottoman repaired. I submitted all appropriate paperwork, I have made phone calls after phone calls and each time its at least a 30minute wait on hold. They trasfered me to another conpany that sends techs out for repairs. The man showed up unannounced at 7:30am! Then he failed to fix our pillows issue and gave us no communication on the timeline to fix our ottoman leg. I waited another 4 weeks, was told they would call me -- but nothing. Today i called in THREE more times, waited on hold 30 minutes before being transfered to an Account Manager who never pickedup. I left a voicemail which was not returned. I am angry and upset. Our plan covers for 5 years and we have owned our furniture for less than 3.
