Subaru Visa card for test drive

I purchased my new outback on 6/7 and submitted the code for the Subaru $65 Visa card for the test drive. I am not able to gain assistance from the dealer and would appreciate your help with this matter. VIN is 4s4bsanc6k334****. I have sent three emails to Fitzgerald dealership and tried to call you however you are currently closed Melanie Gross
