I purchased a Master Forge Outdoor kitchen from Lowe's approximately 3 Year's ago. The burner's on the bbq are burned right out. It is rusting very bad, and the grilles are badly rusted and peeling. I have read many reviews regarding the same issue with these unit's. Some friends of ours are having the exact same issue with the exact same bbq. This is my second e mail to Master Forge. So far I am not impressed with this Company, or it's product's. Is there something you can do for me about this issue ? A bbq should last more than 3 Year's. My son has a bbq that I gave him from Costco, when I purchased the master forge. It is now about 15 year's old and still look's like the day I bought it. Waiting patiently for some kind of response regarding this matter.
