Purchased recliner for $405.00 on 9/30/2011. Within 3 months the faux leather started to peel off. The company I purchased from went out of business. Found the manufacturer sticker underneath and tried to send them a complaint but they have the site rigged so when you go to submit your complaint it won't recognize the site verification code at the end so that you cannot send you complaint. Pretty clever if you ask me. Just was requesting some form of reimbursement to help defray the cost of having a reputable recovering of the furniture. Mechanically is very good and works well.
