Hello On 10-15-2020 I was driving my2011 Jeep to the auto shop but did not make it there due to I almost got hit head on the highway due to the frame on my Jeep was broke I had to veer off the road in order not to get hit head on I lost control of my Jeep and pulled to the side of road scared to death I did not die. I turned on my flashers and called the auto shop and they called a tow truck to pick up my jeep to the shop. I am only driver of my Jeep I am 64 yrs. old and retired I have 85K miles on it, why is it rusting out underneath the jeep and this happened. I have had cars and trucks much ,much longer and over 100k miles and never in my life time has this ever happened and now the cost to replace the frame. I don't want to hear there is nothing you can do! This jeep is taken care of and this should have never happened, I want to know who will step up to help me with the repair of my Jeep. I don't want to call my lawyer or go on National TV, I would like for you to handle this.
