Stupid customer service

There is a very mean person her name is Rebica in Comerica Bank and Bedford she is very mean she refused to give me change and it is like 5 time they never give me change I dont know why I just need $20 in quarters and $10 in nickel And she first time she say we have no change second time she say you come after four what does this mean
