Stupid company

I just purchased treadmill . I cannot get it to run. I have tried calling twice, was on hold for 20-30 minutes each time. Live chatted, emailed. Still no help. Registered and even signed up for ifit, which I did not want but was desperate to use treadmill. I am older and this is so stupid you cannot use something when you pay so much.
