Stupid bank policy

On April 17 2018 i was about to make a payment on my cell phone bill, this stupid bank charge me with a $12 maintenance fee because my account was under $100 but i had $92 after a payment for my mortgage went thru. I call the customer service and the rep sounded like a *** sucking escort. I been with this bank more than a decade and everyyear they get worse. If you are banking with this trashy bank, leave. They will make your blood pressure go up because of there stupidity. FIRST INCONVIENCE BANK *** YOU! *** *** *** YOU SONS OF ***
