Student academic record

I have applied for student academic record one month ago and no reply or support from UNISA, I have tried to call no one answers the phone, and my due date to submit the document is nearing and my future studies depends on this document. Online portal, the function for downloading or email is temporarily suspended. This is a serious case. Very frustrated
