Stuck with Damaged Product

I ordered a bedroom set from Purchasing Power it was delivered on a pallet but not set up due to COVID. When I finally was able to look at the product and unbox it the mirror was shattered. I called PP to report the damaged product and they informed me that they could not replace or return the product nor give me a discount on the damaged mirror so I am stuck paying for something that I can't use!!! This is very frustrating and is not okay!
