Stripes rewards

I called to get my account switched over to the new rewards program but I was sent through multiple steps....asked to press several buttons, never talked with a live person plus had to listen to almost the same message over and over and over. It was truly a stressful interaction. I just want to see the over 700 points I had before the system changed over on the new rewards program. For stripe members or for members who are calling about the rewards program....there should be a number to call specifically for that purpose.
