Stripe account service

Dears. I have the corporate account with Stripe under email: account.service@***i-wallet.com. I have the free 5-digits balance of funds on this account that is shown free for the withdrawal. I am trying already three weeks to get an answer to why my account is blocked and I can't receive and withdraw funds. We provide absolutely regular consulting and management services and these funds were received via invoicing on your platform and via WIX.com invoicing platform. We personally know the payer. We provided additional documents to support these payments but can't get any reasonable explanation from the support and get automatic responses instead of the clear and honest information about the reason for all this situation.Stripe Stripe Best regards.
