I had bought strip steaks at Giant Eagle once about four years ago knowing that the sight of thick white fat veins were running threw them. I had purchased strip steaks from other stores with a nice red meat and no lightning strike fat in them. After cooking and chewing fat every other bite I vowed to never buy their meat again.I still walk by and look and still big fat streaks through out a strip steak and way over priced. What kind of meat is that? I will get pictures. hOW CAN THEY EVEN SELL THAT?
