Steaks were supposed to be 8 oz, but were less than 1/2" thick. Really?... 3/8" would be a generous assessment. The pictures on the Omaha Steak web pages are not even close to what they actually ship. The steak was also 49% inedible due to Gristle masquerading as flavor-enhancing Marble. The Customer Service rep was not too surprised to hear about my negative review and nice enough to refund my purchase amount, but after a month of waiting, I couldn't be more unhappy with Omaha Steaks. User's recommendation: Do not buy Strip Steaks. Site shows out of stock; I think they were pulled.
