Streamer Since 2016

I have been a streamer since 2016 and I have gone nowhere. It does make sense does Twitch only promote Woman gamer and not men gamer? If you are a woman you don't need talent it's all about looks etc. Why is Ninja or TFue famous they are not entertainment value at all.
