Strawberries totally Unacceptable

I ordered a dozen Strawberries for my wife as a Anniversary Present, with two dozen Roses. The quality of the Strawberries were soggy, and with very little taste as Strawberries. The Roses appears to be deteriorating already. Very, very unsatisfactory in my opinion in regards to the quality, and the cost expenditure. Wish I could get a refund. User's recommendation: Shop around. Quality of Service has changed.
