I have been coloring my hair using store bought color and it always was nice and soft next day. I used your hair color last night and now it feels like a bale of hay on my head. Never again. Ever. Don"t use this if you have any breathing problems either. The smell is so strong that I couldn't breath and my eye's watered up so bad I had to stop in the middle of coloring. Now I understand why it was so inexpensive. I usually read reviews. I will from now on because I don't want to get ripped of again. So disappointing.I was so excited to see this that I didn't think twice. I will never recommend this to anyone and if they want to try this product I will tell them what happened to my hair.
