My vehicle that I purchased from you in October has had numerous issues with it since I have purchased it, Saturday 07-07-18 while attempting to drive my vehicle from Colorado to Oklahoma to visit my ill grandparents, I noticed my rear drivers side tire didn’t appear to be sitting right on the vehicle, thinking it might be an alignment issue we ( my spouse and I) spent $300 to replace both rear tires due to having a blow out on the road and then tried to have the alignment fixed but then realized that the frame is so very incredibly rusted and that the k- member for that rear back tire was rusting off the frame and put my entire family in a huge jeopardy of being involved in a very bad wreak should it break apart, which is exactly what would have happened had we kept driving the vehicle. Panicked I contacted Carhop and Tabitha a representative in Minnesota was extremely rude with me and the only explanation or solution that she was willing to come up with was driving this very damaged vehicle another 372 miles from my current location to a mechanic in Tulsa, OK. When I tried to explain to her that there is no way it was going to make it that far she told me “I live in Minnesota and our vehicles have rust all over them and they are fine to drive, I’ll sure you’ll be fine your just being unreasonable”. I had no choice but to leave the vehicle in Amarillo, Tx and pay an additional $200 to rent a vehicle for 8 hours to finish driving a vehicle to my destination where family members could help us out some. When the stress of the day calmed down some, I called and talked to Patty in Colorado Springs, the branch manager and she immediately told me, I have 6 people in the office and another 2 people on hold, a story I have heard more than once when calling with a car complaint, she read though the notes aloud while on the phone with me, then demanded to know where the vehicle was, once I told her she wrote down the location and supposedly my phone number and said she would call me back, this was at 1 pm, they closed at 5 pm. I waited for a call back, and never received one, I called 45 mins before closing and someone else said they would deliver a message to her and have her call back before closing, I called 15 min before closing and the phones had already been forwarded to the voicemail and I couldn’t get through at all, so knowing that I had no way back home to Colorado and apparently not caring what happened at all I have been able to get absolutely no help from anyone at Carhop only very rude, hateful, demanding representatives and I am still stranded in Oklahoma with no way home at the moment.
