We have been loyal kitchen aid customer of 40 plus years until now. We bought a new home 4 years ago. All new kitchen aid appliances. The stove had the mother board replaced within the first 3 weeks the oven has not worked right since. We have done everything that we have been told to do. The fridge has lines that plug up causing flooding according to the repair tech poor design. The dishwasher motherboard shorts out causing fire burning electrical and pump 5 months still not working properly repair company does nothing but give B/S excuses and kitchen aids response is wait for the parts to arrive. We have always bought kitchen aid extended warranty. Thank God or we would be paying a lot for the repairs. My wife and I are looking to buy new appliances and a lot of homework beforehand. Quality has gone down to the bottom of the pile. Nobody follows threw when you get threw you sometimes get an agent that cares but when you phone back you ever get the same agent, and doesnt give a hoot( being polite). User's recommendation: If you purchase K/A appliances buy lots of extended warranty. We will never buy this product again.
