Bought Andersen door going on three years ago. Had a professional install and almost immediately had problems with the pull down screen. Andersen sent a replacement and put that in only to have the replacement rip as had the original. However, that was only part of the problem as the door would only slam or not close efficiently. Despite many attempts the problem continued and have had a new heavy-duty door closer installed but with no relief. So the door has to be replaced I fear and I fear I have received a lemon and have to start over without Andersen - would love to have an Andersen professional inspect and give me a review.
