Stores closing before closing time.
This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any store in my life. There's not even a way to call and get ahold of anybody to tell you what's wrong. I can totally see your store going out of business very soon because it's so poorly managed. That is so sad I will never step foot in your store ever again and I will encourage people to never do so either.
