For many years, I always enjoyed KFC chicken. However, a KFC in Cedar Springs, MI is unwilling to serve my order by stating: They are unable to serve my order. I always order 4, to 12 piece, all dark, original or extra crispy, and every time the order taker has to check to see if they can do that. Usually, they report to me that they cannot, but after I explain I have ordered this way for years, then (in most cases) they fill the order. Has something happened to KFC policy?
