store manager reused to give the discount and gave a very bad customer service

Very bad customer service they refused to give the discount price which marked by them, I asked for manager to fix the price and match it with the sign price he refused and explanation that the item I'm buying is under the wrong sign and I walked him to show him the sign he said (that's not his business) I said you have to sell by the sign price or change the sign, he refused to sell and asked me to get out of his store
