Store manager complaint

I went to Ross today and the line was long and I had an appt I had to get to in 30 mins. I went to the store manger and said hi. She didn’t even look at me and replied hi looking at her papers. I asked her if I can put my stuff on hold for an hour. She said no, I said please and she said no in a extremely rude way. I have seen her before and she has a attitude problem and is always very unprofessional and rude. I don’t know how she is is the store manager with that *** attitude. Poor customer service!!! Her name is Enez! Elk Grove location. The rest of the employees are nice except her. User's recommendation: Avoid this manager!
