Melrose Park location - Called in advance to see if they were open and turns out we called a half hour before the store closed. They said yes, they were open. When we got there at 15 min before closing time, myself and many other customers were turned away by a rude contracted security staff member. There was no reason or conversation. The sliding doors were closed on peoples faces. There were still people inside the store shopping, but no one else was let in. This was going to be the first time I went to the store, now I dont really want to check it out at all! User's recommendation: Why bother?
