Store complaint gave completly wrong info.

The consultant gave me the wrong info about the dress I chose for my bridesmaids. She told me the dress was a brand new style and the warehouse would need to make more. She also told me the dresses would be on sale until the end of the month. Well I would not have known the dress was a limited style was being discontinued if one on my bridesmaids did not go to get measured and was ready to pay for her dress. This was a week from the consultant giving me the wrong information. I went to the store in Charlotte at Northlake on Monday, April 15 at 3:30 pm because I had an appointment. I felt relieved after she told me that you had all of my dresses and the colors I wanted. This has turned out to be very frustrating and disappointing. Your store is designed to make every bride feel comfortable and peaceful about her big day. This has been the worst. One of girls ordered her dress today and was told she could not get her money back. The dress sizes are not available for my other girls and I didn’t see anything else I liked.
