First able I want to say I am a Ross lover ... but my indignation today is incalculable...Damaris the store manager (store1720!in Miami Fl refused to help with the price of two identical blouses and very different prices claiming it was a return from someone and that the price was wrong.. Refused to accept the error of the store... it was rude and said if you want it, it's that price, but don't buy it and go... how horror for me that I'm Client de Ross for years... anyway it didn't even consider the importance of a satisfied customer at this time so difficult for business... I don't know how people like that can be manager .. I will be waiting response before to go ahead and put my complaint at another instance.
