I rented a storage a 10 x 30 that happened to be in the same area where two thieves named Dustin Hilton in Candice Parson have a storage as they do that as a decoy I now know as Dustin Hilton was arrested with all of my stuff in a U-Haul there was other people stuff in there from the same storage unit I also know that multiple complaints have been made from the storage where I have from the previous people because I reached out and they said their information and their personal property was missing as well and thats why they moved I was not offered insurance so therefore I did not decline insurance and Im going to file insurance claim I am missing about 80,000 worth of stuff Im highly irritated at the customer service Which there is none
