Jacked up my order, like they have for so many others. Double bacon cheeseburger loaded, minus mayo. Comes out with no bacon and no cheese and LOTS of mayo. WTF, really?!? Rude *** at the window should not only be fired, but shot. Slow, contemptuous and full of 'I don't give a ***.' What are the managers at places like this responsible for? Besides numbers, I mean. Do they have any interest in how *** their employees are? Are they at all concerned that their place of business fails at the most basic concepts of BEING a restaurant? The only way this will change is to stop supporting them. When their numbers implode, maybe they'll start paying attention to what they're doing.
