Warrantech customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Your customer inquiry goes to a call center in God knows where. Good luck speaking to a person who speaks or understands english. I have made several attempts to get a simple question answered from this company to no avail. Attempts to call corporate in Texas also failed, it is obvious that they do not want personal contact with their customers as evidenced by their outgoing message and barrage of options none of which get you to a human being. Warrantech SUCKS big time! I will NEVER purchase your crap warranty service again!
