Stop delivery of two products

when placing order I was told that my charge was not working and I had the wrong numbers !!!! I wanted product so badly that I kept trying to place my order. I tried 3times and was still told that my charge was not going thru. I do not need 3 mugs !!!!. I only need 1 and I am hoping you will be able to stop the other 2 from being delivered. Nancy S.
