I returned a pair of Nikes and Adidas . I received credit for the Adidas but not the Nikes. So what happened to the Nikes. I cannot get a response from email. I've called and been on hold for 90 minutes. I even faxed a letter to the president of the company Molly Adams. So that shows how much they care about me as a customer. All I want is my refund. Thanks User's recommendation: Beware of someone taking stuff out of your returned items and not giving you CREDIT.
