I was a client of the Cleaning Authority for over a year however, the two times they sent other workers (with my regular girls), items were missing immediately. The first occassion involved Christmas gifts for my grandchildren that I didn't notice were missing until I went to a closet upstairs where I had been keeping them and everything was gone. Shortly before the doorbell rang on a second occassion, when I was readying for my regular 2 girls to arrive, i noticed there were several pieces of jewelry I had not placed away safely (routinely, I would put my jewelry boxes and very expensive items in a safe place, away from my house) so, I quickly hid them where I hoped they would not be found. This time, my two girls showed up on my doorstep with a third girl to help them. I did not know this third person nor have I seen her again. However, I noticed my jewelry was missing immediately after the girls left. I tried confronting my two regular girls but, felt strongly that it was the third girl that probably took my jewelry. This was reported to the police and I discontinued services with the Cleaning Authority because they made no attempt to interview their own employees or investigate this situation. The Cleaning Authority reported that the girls "said they were innocent" so, they dropped the case. My message to you is to be very cautious in hiring The Cleaning Authority of Knoxville. There is an excellent chance this could happen to you, too!
