Stolen Citibike from Morningside Park & 123rd St

Bike 02626 was stolen after docking and trip is still running over 24 hours. Citibike refuses to work with NYPD to resolve issues with their docking. Sit and observe how the docks at this station are regularly relieved of their bikes. Somehow Citibike believes it's impossible to steal a bike once it's docked with a green light. Ha!
