I have attempted several times to retrieve my google account. Someone else is pretending to be me and have locked me out my account. I have several sensitive information I would like to regain from my account. It is ridiculous that I cant get in contact with someone from customer service. Im highly disappointed in the service. I have attempted to go through the website. I cant use any old devices I once signed into either due to those devices being stolen (laptop/cellphone). I need assistance from an agent. They have change my verification number and password. I need assistance immediately.
