Tracy Henneberg of Parker and Denver Colorado and his company TAH contracting stole over $40, 000 from us and caused us major damage to our home. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAMMER!!! Tracy Henneberg is a total scammer and liar, don't believe a word that comes out of this low lifes mouth. He will lie about getting permits, lie about dates he will complete things and lie about how much things will cost. Once Tracy gets your money you're likely to never hear from him again. If you do get him to do any work for you the work will not be up to code and likely cost you tens of thousands of dollars to fix the poor work he does. We paid TAH Contracting and Tracy Henneberg to do an addition and garage for us, he told us he would get all the required permits and complete the project in 60 days. After 6 months of him doing pretty much zero work we found out that Tracy didn't get any of the permits he said he did, we got fined by the City of Denver and the little work he did do had to be torn out and redone. The work that Tracy did do, was so bad it caused water damage to our house and caused and asbestos spill on our property that the City of Denver fined us for. This cost us over $15, 000 to fix. You hear stories about nightmare contractors, Tracy is one of those nightmares. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY MONEY! He will steal your money and string you along for months.
