This heppened on the 21 of september 2018. I checked out from room 223 al Erie's 2020 Edinboro and I came back to pick it up. It was gone! I saw the maid just in the hallway and nobody saw anything. Their world against mine! Incredible. They just make me feel crazy and stupid, as if I didn't know what I had! I'm so angry. I just know I left it there. I hope the hotel people make a good use of it! It is not the jacket you know, is the bad service and the forms they used! The lady on the front desk is Margie
