Have had nothing but trouble with my account. Have been told something different every time i called to make sure everything was okay with my healthcare account. A few days ago over $1100 was taken from my account by security health insurance, all of a sudden my subsidy was gone. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAYMENTS. I have letters stating all documents were submitted. Was told by marketplace to disregard letters saying i needed to submit more info because “ they are always behind” had a couple 3-way calls and no one knows anything. Was told i have to file an appeal to get back the money that was stolen from me.
