I ordered door from french door direct which is a fraud company. They send broken products and won't replace them. Once they get your money your screwed. Believe me stay away from this company or you will be the next victim. They seem really nice but once they get your money they will never answer your phone call again. The products will start falling apart and only one guy is in charge named don. He has operated under numerous company names including long millwork which filed bankruptcy in 2011. Please read all of the other complaints and you will see everyone one has had the same problem. They have a f rating with the bbb
