STILLAGUAMISH ATHLETIC CLUB
This club has no concept of customer service. And has little consistency w/hot tub maintenance. After paying a year in advance, I got another bill the next month. When raising this point to the owner/manager her response was that was the way their computers run with no apology. After leaving a water bottle behind, a call to the owner/manager assured me they would 'hold' the bottle for me. Two days pass before I return to the club only to find the bottle 'missing'. They insist, if you rent a locker, that you leave your car or house key w/them while you use the locker. Which, btw, is not objectionable. What happens is the car or house key is 'exposed' for passers-by to steal. Staff personnel will 'yell' at you if you stay in the hot tub too long.
