Still waiting to get refunded for being charged twice for my first ride with Lyft.

I was charged twice for the same ride from Kona Hawaii to the airport on August 5, 2021. The first time I booked a ride I was immediately charged and the person didnt show up and I was told to book again. No one seems to care with Lyft. No one calls me or emails me to let me know they can see that I was charged twice and to reimburse me. I just keep getting the runaround from you. Your pissed emails tell me to call a number with my case and when I call them they say its an emergency number only and they cant help me. So frustrating User's recommendation: You will be charged as soon as you book with Lyft and if they don’t pick you up and you have to book again then you will be up against the same predicament as me. I still have not been refunded and hours of runaround via email and phone calls with no one willing to help.
