Our home was delivered in April 2020 after almost a full year of waiting. We were told that our punch list of items would be addressed by the factory, but we are still waiting on that call back (it is now July 2020). We have attempted to call Homes Direct Albuquerque several times and are always directed to their Maintenance guy Steve who never calls back. This entire experience has been a year of lies and deceit. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
