Still Waiting for refund from January 2021

I have tried to get my refund for 4 tickets to Montego Bay Jamaica - the tickets were cancelled January 2021 with full refund accepted due to covid (Caribbean also change the times of flights and destination). I have called 4 times and each time someone says it will be taken care of 4/6/8 months and another 3 weeks to show up on the credit card? This is unacceptable - I would appreciate this being taken care of. I have also send complaints via email with no response. Locator numbers LWRJKY QGKZ3F QL3B4D
