Still waiting for my replacement parts!!!

When I received my shipment for my seven piece outdoor set there were two cushions missing two pieces on the bottom and on the top they said to call them once I received it and they would resend the pieces that were missing I did I called they said they were shipped never received them so I called again they said they were shipped never received them this is the third time now that Im trying to get these pieces I havent been able to use the set this entire summer. I want this resolved hold on
