Still waiting for help

AT&T requires retirees to go through AON. I turned 65 in August and went on Medicare. Blue Cross has my plan set up since 0801 but for some reason AON has not got it set up yet. I have jumped through all of AON demands for 2 weeks and now open enrollment has started and my original enrollment is still not handled. AT&T is waiting for AON to notify them so they can add back the insurance on my husband and child. All I get is excuses but no help and now AON refuses to set me up in open enrollment due to the previous problem. What can I do?
