This was to make meds more affordable. As explained to in Aug. it was $60 to join and $39 a month for meds. Now I am told the $39 is for the service. As of now not counting the $60 it has cost $119 plus I am still paying the high cost for my husbands meds This was explained to me it would make meds more affordable cause he is in the gap right. By the time they do anything if they do anything he will go back to paying $47 for six months with his insurance. The customer service is very polite but need to explain their service. Very disappointed with the service and the fee waiting to get approved. I was under the impression your company would help with the cost, not add on to you cost. User's recommendation: Ask lots of questions and if you can go right to the company that manufactures your meds.
